Rhodes salad with Ganda Ham

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 100 g goat cheese (Le Larry), dice
  • 150 g Ganda Ham strips
  • 150 g red paprika cubes
  • 150 g peeled and diced cucumber
  • 300 g pasta farfalle (boiled)
  • 200 g yoghurt dressing

Preparation:

Cook the pasta, mix all the ingredients and flavour with the yoghurt dressing. finish with fresh, finely chopped mint leafs.
